How to Control Premature Ejaculation

How to Control Premature EjaculationLearning to read the signals your body emits, being aware of when you are about to ejaculate and stopping the ejaculation are the first steps in controlling premature ejaculation, without using desensitizers or drugs. The method below is my version of the start-and-stop technique, and how to control premature ejaculation.

Time Required: Daily practice of these exercises is the most important part of the process.

The Stroking Technique

Start masturbating by slowly caressing the penis up and down. This is the finest technique as it feels like penetration. Do not dwell on premature ejaculation or attempting to last longer. Just focus on the physical sensations of your pelvic area and your penis as you are masturbating. This is the first step to figuring out how to control premature ejaculation.

Be Aware of the “Tickling” Sensation Before Ejaculation

As ejaculation gets close, pay careful attention to the sensations going through your body. Be aware of the “tickling” sensation that happens just prior to ejaculation. Once you are familiar with that feeling, you can focus on the sensations that take place before this stage, when the possibility of stopping ejaculation still exists.

Relax & Recognize The “Tickling” Sensation

Keep masturbating without thinking of anything in particular or trying to last longer. Just be aware of how your body feels as you get aroused and you’ll begin to realize how to control premature ejaculation.  Continue this for a minimum of the next three masturbating sessions. Do not prevent yourself from ejaculating; be sure to become familiar with the “tickling” sensation and the reaction of your body prior to the tickling sensation.

Learn Control: Start & Stop Masturbation

Once you know when the “tickling” feeling is coming you are ready to start exercising. Steer clear of fantasizing a lot and do not use sex toys or lubricants. Begin stimulation while paying close attention to the physical sensations in your body.

Masturbate until you are turned on and you are erect. Then discontinue the stimulation for a minimum of 15 seconds and focus on how to control premature ejaculation by lowering your level of excitement. Take note of the sensations in you penis and pelvic area and pay attention to the changes when the stimulation has stopped.

Get Close To The “Tickling” Feeling

Start masturbating again and keep on starting and stopping every so often, until you are getting close to the “tickling” feeling. When you are getting close, pause until you are back in charge of it. A number of men have discovered that Kegel squeezes have helped them regain control.

So What If You Lose Your Erection?

Your erection could be lost after you stop stimulating yourself, do not quit just begin again. Fantasy can play a key role in how to control premature ejaculation but just as you are turned on, concentrate on your body. Go close to the point of “tickling” three times. After this, you can masturbate to the point of ejaculation.
